When we are growing up in life, we are copying the mannerisms- body language and behaviors- of the people we are observing, we either do this consciously by choice or most of the time unconsciously by imitation. we believe and imitate the reality around us because we believe that it is right and that it will bring us fulfilment. Stop doing that.

The reality around you, doesn't know what is true for you. when we let other people tell us what is true we feel justified in their belief about what is true. This is not discovering truth, it is being informed about what we think is true. (we need to discern truth)

So How do we arrive at truth, by not thinking and focusing on the present moment. all my thoughts about reality are just that, a thought about reality. It has No Truth in it because it is a judgement about reality not an observation, When we observe reality we are not making claims or drawing conclusions based on our knowledge we are simply observing the breathe and focusing on what is real. This present moment, not my thoughts, feelings, or ways of believing, just the truth of my being.
