Just focus on the breath and let the body do the rest.

We all have a mind, we use this mind to obtain a sense of information from the world. Each of us gain information from the world through the experiences we choose to have. See, all of us have a range of experiences that we can choose from. Its by selecting certain interests that we learn about what excites us. How do we define what we are interested in? Through the experience of the things that we find intriguing. To be genuinely curious or fascinated is to be intrigued. I personally have been fascinated on how the human mind works. How consciousness works, God works, what God is. What humans are? Why we are here? All of these things fascinated me.


I honestly don't truly know how, what, or why anything works. I just know I'm here. We all have an idea as to what life is but how do we know our idea is true? In reality, I personally feel like we cant actually know what's true until we have the experience and we are like okay yes that is true. Its by the evidence of verifiable truth. Seeking the truth for what truth is. I don't mean someone else telling you what the truth is. I mean us learning for ourselves what we realize as truth. Because in reality that is how truth works. We come to a glaring realization that life as we knew it before is changed and its always changing, so there's no idea or truth to hang onto except that we all kind of have to change and expect that. Because in reality God is indivisible and so if God is indivisible there is always a unity to be found. So searching for Truth and to believe there is someone out there that is evil i feel is kind of silly. Because its always creating an opposition to yourself something that you have to be against. And if were here to create unity through our God given speech I dont think there should be divisive language being spoken among people, because if i think correctly we should love our neighbor as ourself. And lay down our life for our fellow human being.


Try Meditation, just sitting with your eyes while noticing your breathing.
